Qatar Intelligent Traffic Guidance System

The Inaugural Carbon Neutrality World Cup – 2022 Qatar World Cup, where green and low-carbon initiatives contribute to building a new era of digital information traffic scenes!

      In November 2022, the highly anticipated Qatar World Cup kicked off. To ensure the perfect execution of this event, Qatar dedicated efforts to upgrade its transportation infrastructure.

      As early as 2018, Chainzone collaborated with Qatar in the transportation sector, providing intelligent traffic solutions for four key municipal transportation projects: Mesaimeer, Duhail, D Ring, and Framework. Among these projects, D Ring is a highway directly connecting the airport to the World Cup stadium and serves as one of the main roads for transporting traffic during the World Cup.

      The collaboration with Qatar was primarily due to Chainzone’s products aligning perfectly with the World Cup’s theme of “Green and Low-Carbon.” Chainzone’s variable message signs utilize optical lens design developed in-house, allowing light to focus and effectively achieving energy savings while reducing light pollution.

      Furthermore, through variable message signs, drivers can proactively learn about real-time road conditions ahead, adjusting their driving routes promptly according to their needs. This significantly enhances urban traffic operational efficiency.

      It can be said that Chainzone not only adds vibrancy to the World Cup with its green and energy-efficient products but also contributes to Qatar’s efforts in building a new era of green and low-carbon digital information traffic scenes through the intelligent traffic system formed by multiple variable message signs.

      As of 2021, Chainzone has provided Qatar’s municipal transportation with 150 sets of traffic guidance systems and traffic signal products.
