When Export Sales Meets DISC

For overseas sales, the majority communication between customers and sales people is completed through media such as emails and phone calls. As a sales people, how to communicate with customers with high efficiency is a hot topic to discuss. Apr. 21st, Chianezone’s product manager, Vivian Li who is also a certificated instructor of DISC,delivered a lecture on the topic of DISC and Export Sales.

Starting with a fingers crossed game, participants realized the tendency of human behavior.Through the case analysis about tendency of human behavior, Vivian shared the theoretical knowledge of DISC with participants. By giving definition for four types of characters, including dominance,influence,steadiness and compliance, which helps sales people have better understanding and communication with different customers.
By sharing her own experience about how to use DISC to identify and manage customers, Vivian Li suggests attendees adopt different principles of communication to achieve an effective communication result.
This lecture enables attendees to have further understanding of customers by analyzing the tendency of behavior and then to adjust responding action accordingly, which helps them be more successful in future career.
